Life coaching is a series of conversations focused strictly on you and your aspirations. I ask powerful, provocative questions and provide clear and frank feedback as we work through the process of getting you to where you want to go. We talk weekly, either face-to-face or by telephone. You bring your dreams, I bring my skills, and we commit 100% of our integrity to your success.

The process sometimes goes like this: I give you the support you need to...

1) Create your vision of success and fulfillment
	2) Define it as a series of objectives
		3) Create plans to achieve each of these objectives
			4) Get into action!

And, sometimes it doesn't go like that.

Sometimes it's a deep, heartfelt exploration of what your core values really are, and what beliefs you may hold that are limiting you from reaching your potential.

There's always action, but there are lots of ways to kick it off. When you work with me, you control the agenda. And whatever processes we choose, there is always lots of laughter.
