LIFE COACHING

Life coaching is offered on a monthly basis, with a minimum three-month commitment from the client. Coaching consists of four half-hour sessions per month, face-to-face or by telephone, with unlimited email between sessions.

Fees for life coaching begin at $375 per month.

BUSINESS COACHING

Business coaching is offered on a monthly basis, with a minimum three-month commitment from the client. Coaching consists of four half-hour sessions, or two one-hour sessions, per month. Fees begin at $500 per month for two hours of coaching, either 30 minutes weekly or 60-minutes bi-weekly, and include unlimited email between sessions.

For self-employed individuals or businesses employing ten or fewer people, fees begin at $375 per month for two hours of coaching.

All coaching contracts begin with a two-hour foundation and discovery session, for which the fee is equal to one month's coaching.

All fees are subject to GST.
